So there is this problem. I wanted to add music to my page, but the music didn't load
so i wanted to delete it, but it wouldn't delete, so i restored my page stuff. and now my tabs are gone.
So i cant click on home or blog again, so what do i do now?

Where did you upload the Music to? The File manager or to one of the modules? If you didn't backup your website and restored the website. You will have to create new pages and upload new content.

MasterGame, provide the website address and some screenshot so that we could understand what exactly disappeared.

i mean your menu bar where blog,forum etc... shortcuts i think that is your problem.
so when i revised your question on how to post back you menu bar? -----> thats your question im im correct..
in your situation i think you deleted the code for menu bar.

MasterGame, It seems that the menu of your website has been removed. Restore the website's template to get the menu back or alternatively insert the code $SMENU_1$ where you want to see the menu.

I would recommend adding a new block via Builder and pasting the code as its content.
