they says that ucoz is in thier blacklist that's why they does'nt add any of my post to their site

Doubt. It's their domain, their website & they choose rules by which you can submit your website.

I can't do anything. Try to use shortcuts, such as co.nr .tk & co.cc for your url, if they are blocking only by url (xxx.ucoz.xxx).

But Atleast U Can Try It By Emailing Their Support For Removing Ucoz.com From Their Blacklist
