Mass mail dispatch problem

hi,

I'm having a problem with Mass mail dispatch feature, more exactly with SUBSCRIBERS.
I have on my websites:
5985 users - just 2760 subscribers
625 users - just 144 subscribers

Shouldn't i have the possibility to send a message to all the users ?

I thought this was because i choosed the users to be just LOCAL not on uNet,
then I biffed the option: "Forbid activity of the users with unconfirmed e-mails" (but users can still enter without checking they're emails)
moreover i returned to uNet only users ..... but still now success.

will allow the users to login but will minimize them to be able to do any activity on your website

users choose whether to become subscribed or not at registration. If they are not on subscription list you can't apply Mass dispatch to them. We suggest PMs.

They will not be able to post comments, add entries, vote etc. But the can enter and view the website.
