Lots of times iv been looking at websites and you get this enoying popup that scrolls down with you and says for example "Register now" you clic it and takes you directly to the register form.

Iv been look for some pop up codes and i have found lots but its not what im looking for.
i would like something like this: http://www.foro-cualquiera.com/

a pop up that automaticly loads when you enter the website and follows you arround until you close it or clic on it.
id like to desing something with photoshop and beable to upload it then for the pop up to show that image with a hiperlink it goes to the register form or they can close it.
