Can I edit content of "Photo Lightbox"?
If not, when will it be translated to other languages from russian?

no, not them, but title of these images:

- it's title is SLIDE SHOW but on russian

- this is russian too

She didn't meant to translate only those parts, she meant generally.
Translating 2-3 words isn't help at all. There is a need for translator.
