Whisper, It can take more than 24 hours for a reply to be sent. All I can suggest is making sure reply haven't gotten into your spam folder, and if reply haven't been recieved in another 24 hours, send another ticket to support.

Sunny, today is the third day when I send a request to tehnical support after i solve the spam-link problem.
3 times like in your image and i wonder why they didn t get the request. (i used diferent browsers to) obviously from the Admin Bar like in the image didn t work... a other way to send the request ? Added (2013-08-17, 1:16 PM) |
