I sent for a new password, but I know I was using the correct password.

I know I'm asking a lot of questions, but I would appreciate some help.

I was emailed my password and it is the correct password. I still can't log in the control panel.

I went ahead and created another website with a different extension.

Please stop asking, and then answering your question afterwards. Try solving it first yourself, if you really can't; then that maybe the time you should consult others for help.

Heeeeey, what error message is displayed when you are trying to log in? What's the website address?
