Can a deleted website be restored

My site microsnap.at.ua was deleted I dont know why if it wasnt inactive since I was always there. Is it possible for it to be restored? Also I didnt recive an email saying that I had to restore it. I checked inbox, spam, trash, ect. But there was nothing there.
