Thanks. I will give them a call.

UPDATE: I just left a chat with an agent and I have to fill out a form. They want the IP address of the blocked domain. I can't login to get the IP address. Could you email it to me or post the IP address of my website here?

Heeeeey, the IP address of the blocked server is 213.174.157.134

We are trying to resolve the issue with Comcast from our side as well.

Please note that meanwhile you can access your websites using proxies or anonymity services like TOR.

That's the IP address of the server. So your site as well.

If you want you can ring Comcast and request that they unblock the server. It can help to speed the process along. smile

This is definitely an issue with Comcast having blocked the server. We are handling the problem from our end however all contributions made towards the resolution of these issues from our users can assist in speeding the process along.

Able to get access to website but why am I getting a pop up ad when accessing? It seems that if I login then the pop up doesn't appear. Also when I did click on one of the adds Google Chrome security blocked and said it was about to take me to a phishing site. What's going on here?

Here's the screenshot from tablet which doesn't have flash. On desktop it is reading cookies and has ads constantly. Can't get rid of it unless I log on. Didn't have this problem for the first few days. Now it appears ever since release from Comcast. Please help.

WPHA, this has been forwarded to our technical division. Please do not click on the ad. I'm unsure as to whether it's safe or not, however, it will certainly be checked out and I'll get back to you.

WPHA, please provide the link where the ad redirects you, and a screenshot of the security warning. That's the uCoz ad banner - it appears not immediately but in a week after website creation, therefore it has nothing to do with Comcast. The content of the ads is provided by third-party advertisers, and we need more info so that we could look into the matter.

Thanks. Regardless whether safe or not it pops up on every click rendering the service annoying and useless. Looking forward to hearing from you.

First I need the following

please provide the link where the ad redirects you, and a screenshot of the security warning.

And the ad banner can be removed, it's a paid service though.

I am unable to login into th WPHA.ucoz.com website once again. Is this a Comcast issue all over again. This is extremely frustrating.

Here are the tracing results. This is a Comcast problem. I can connect with ATT wireless but not Comcast server. I need access via Comcast server. This is the second Comcast interruption. If this cannot be permanently remedied please inform as this is a Homeowners Association website and we need reliable access.
