I'm sorry I've done a search on this and can't find the information I need. One of my members wants to change their email address. They've tried changing it on the 'Contacts' tab of their unet profile, and it says the change has been saved, but on my webiste their old email address is still showing. Please can someone advise me.

Pru, please ask the user once again where exactly the email was changed. If the user wants to change the email that is used for logging in to his/her uID profile and to your website, he/she must change it at GUID.uid.me (U -> Setting -> Profile settings -> Contacts), not at uid.me. The email at uid.me is used as a contact email, it is not used for logging in.

She is using the 'uID profile management' link from the 'CHANGING PERSONAL INFORMATION' page as shown below (she can't change her email on this page).  This link goes to http://uid.me/frances_lee1. There is no link available to GUID.uid.me, and even if she goes to that address directly, logging in just takes her to the same uid.me log in page. So I'm sorry but I really don't understand how it's supposed to work. |
Pru, sorry, I should have explained it in more detail, it's really confusing at the moment but we are working on it. She should make sure that Webtop is selected when loggin in at guid.uid.me:
