| Visual comment editor doesn't work in IE 7 |

I can't ue the visual comment editor in IE7. The form shows up but I cannot input or write text. Button are clickable. That's why I disable visual comment editor. What's wrong with the visual comment editor? |
khen, you need to provide the following:
1. The website address. 2. The module where the form doesn't work. 3. The user group that has this problem. If you use any developer tools - any info about JavaScript errors on the page with the editor will help (e.g. in IE 9 it's F12 -> Console). If you switch to [bb] (in the top right corner of the editor) - is it working fine? You may also try to clear browser's cache and cookies. Are you the only one who has this problem or do other users of your website have it as well? I'm not active on the forum anymore. Please contact other forum staff.

khen, we tested your website and the editor works fine (though not in actual IE7, but in IE7 mode of IE9). Did you try to clear browser's cookies and cache files? I also suggest that you temporarily disable browser extension, if any. And of course the best solution would be to update your browser
