lavezzopoli, Nope, It's not possible to use Wordpress with uCoz. uCoz does not provide "Web-hosting" But it provides a web-builder and web-hosting designed for the uCoz builder.

lavezzopoli, what exactly do you mean by "the same"? When you buy a premium package, your website remains as it is and you get some additional benefits like removal of the ad banner, additional disk space, the website will never be removed for inactivity etc.
