Sorry for being off-topic but I HAD to.
Critic: Even The Technical Support Misunderstood , someother question. My point: You know how you make a Offline Page or put the website in Under Construction Mode. Their are some several Templates out on the after Market uCoz templates that modify. Well i have a question IF i NEED to HAVE it on my OFFLINE page. Which in fact uses index page. As you can see, by the link i have the code. Well my question was if I needed to have it. Attachments:

VZ, you're right, that is off topic and irrelevant to the current discussion. You didn't have to do anything, please do not do it again.

VZ, I understand now what you mean. The copyright is not obligatory on a custom "under service" page. Please give informative titles to your threads and use search before posting your questions. Which code do you mean? $POWERED_BY$ Or the "Copyright website name". My point is the Powered By Ucoz. Hit that "Thanks" button. :)

VZ, the code $POWERED_BY$ can be displayed on a website differently, depending on the copyright setting in Control Panel, and "Powered By Ucoz" is one of the variants. It is not obligatory to use the code $POWERED_BY$ on your custom 'under service' page.
