Enable the option "Disable automatic spam check of posts" for the group where the user belongs (Friends).

Comment is pre-moderated before posting is Ok because some users tries to spam on my site but how can prevent the system delete message?

Good, the system spam filter self-educates itself, but unfortunately it is still possible that a normal comment will be deleted. Please report such cases. The system spam-filter cannot be disabled.

I already did that, but the comment still disappeared.
