none of my users can post pictures or bb code, how do i let them put up images on the forum or bbcode etc..

Kajamaz, If an user is still on the group "Users" they can't post pictures or even links. It's the default settings for all the uCoz websites. They should be on "Checked" to post images.

Kajamaz, you can also edit the permissions of the Users group in Control Panel -> Users -> User groups.

Edit the permissions for the checked group so the user can use bb codes in forum and add images. then move the user to the checked group. that should solve the problem.
