I posted another thread about this and only got one answer. The last answer I found really confusing. Plus I have local users not UID users.
I only want a simple script (php, javascript, html) that I can place on a page for users to be able to change there username. Thanks!

I think username can not change
Because it is id name of user
You can change full name or another field

$Administrator$, people in the russian uCoz forums (not the official one) had created a php script for that. That's the only lead that I can give you.

$Administrator$, I think you can control it via user setting >>> /panel/?a=users;l=find click the blue tool.
