Control Panel -> Customize Design -> CSS.

Find: /.s/t/825/3.jpg

Replace it with your own url.

I want to make the forum to be more widely .Now it is small, and don't like.

How wide forum you want? Please make a screen-shot to explain better.

I want to do that in second image . mode wide , more large

Chris2128, be specific. If you meant in header then with builder.

alllexandru6336, you need to edit the following image (by means of Photoshop or other editor): /.s/t/825/5.gif
You can find it in Control Panel -> Customize Design -> CSS.
