I need help. I'm trying to upload my website by ftp with incomedia website x5 Evolution. I have try everything and when is uploading it says that it got an error uploading. Also i don't have any htm or html files on my project xd. Plz help me

For how long has your website existed? It takes a few hours for FTP to be activated.

Please keep in mind we are not a 'hosting' company but a SaaS platform CMS. Thus meaning we require our users to use a minimum of one of our site modules. smile

Jav890, what kind of files are you trying to upload? Static (htm, html) pages can't be uploaded via FTP, only via File Manager (in the website Control Panel).

Will i Have like 3,4 html and the other are gif,php,jpg,swf,js,png and css

All can be uploaded via FTP except php. PHP usage is a separate paid service and such files can be uploaded to the separate PHP server only.
