I have a link for persons visiting my site to add comments, and have a (capsis ) I think that what there called, on that link, But they still add spam to this link ... ( about 10 ) daily. Is there any way to stop this without deleteing the option to leave comments?

Neil, I'm not sure what you mean by "capsis". You can enable premoderation for new comments, so that they won't appear on your website till you approve them.

Neil, Control Panel -> Users -> User groups -> Set permissions for all groups -> Comments -> Pre-moderate new comments (must be verified).

Neil, it means that when users post comments, they will be visible only to you as the administrator. You will need to activate each comment for it to be visible to all users:
