Please improve the quality of your customer service approach. You should reply to customer's question immediately. Your Technical Support system sucks. I, as a customer, have to wait a reply for a day or days. And I cannot send another support ticket due to the first pending support ticket waiting for the lazy Technical Support.
Better implement a realtime support chat system to make us happy.

khen, the standard response time of the support team is within 48 hours. Sometimes there may be delays (usually during weekends), but in most cases answers are given faster, within 24 hours. If you have any specific questions that haven't been answered for more than 2 days, please provide the ticket number. Also, if you want to ask another question, you can send it though the contact form, but please do not duplicate one and the same question as it will only delay the reply.
