ZainHaider, stop spamming - 3 posts in a row is spam.

Go to Control Panel, enter any module except users and
click on "Deinstall this module", enter answer on question.

At left side is menu. Look at bottom of this menu and click 'Inactive'.
There you will see Forum module, click on it and 'install this module'.
