the ui is a bit confusing, can anyone please tell me how to disable this?
i would rather edit my page without the toolbar but i can't find out how to disable it

it's the top toolbar that says GENERAL CONTROL ADDITION USERS etc

also, i want to completely disable it, cause currently when i preview my website it still allows me to edit the visual html and i do not want to do that
