Menu block glitched?

Basically I added a new informer block, and suddenly the menu block's up/down arrows disapeared and it locked itself at the bottom of the left column, and anything I move below it using drag just disapears and doesn't come back unless I disable builder.

Help please?

which browser are you using? Clean up your browser cache. Try another browser.
