Addding In Fields In Forum

On the side of a post, it says:

Awards

Well how can I put in a custom field? I want to add in a Text Field so that every user has a default text which would say "Member", but I would only be able to modify that value to something custom whichever the user wants. How could I go about doing this thanks!

Err I don't want to do it that way. I want to add in another line above the title.

Yixless, by default either a rank or a title is displayed, but you can do so that both of them will be displayed (it is described in the first post of the thread I gave you). You can also rename and use one of profile fields, but in this case users will be able to edit them themselves.
