rogi, log in to the website as the administrator -> Admin Bar (at the top) -> Multimedia: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/31-2189-1

rogi, i don't think this is possible as far as i know only Users that have acces to the admin bar can use that , but if u give them acces , thy can search in your file manager so i suggest not doing that
also , u can make people just upload things using Blog, Filecatalog etc...
Correc me if i'm wrong .. To busy building a passive income online ;)

if u read , u will see its been uploaded through the file manager , and again as far as i know , there's no way to let people upload things to your file manager by using a LINK, best regards To busy building a passive income online ;)
