it showing my level private

Site Settings - Log in to the Control Panel (CP) by going to /admin

To change the names of the user ranks (e.g. Private) - Control Panel (CP) -> Users -> User Ranks

To change your user rank (e.g. Private) - Log in on your website and go to your profile, and on the Moderation Tool click the following icon -

You are limited to a maximum of 10 levels.

It is impossible! You cannot change the domain name, only buy new one and attach it. See this http://www.forum.ucoz.com/forum/37-435-1.

pimp-clan.ucoz.com do not have 17 user ranks. They have 10, like every other uCoz website.
