I think you mean- How to place widgets, calendar and site friends in site.
IF you want to place calendar, site friends and widgets in block. You can use Builder. If you want to insert in site page, you can use WYSIWYG Editor. uCoz forever user from

rully, to apply any Widget you want go to Builder->Enable builder->Add block->Place it in any of the containers->Press "Block content management"->Widgets->Select the necessary one and Apply
