Ariosh, it depends , if you just randomly download a template from the web then there normally should be some information about it , about how to install this and for what CMS the template is
if the template is made for uCoz then you can apply the template with using Main » Customize design » Template builder , the (Template Builder feature) what requires a Skeleton code , to set it up on all pages if this is a non uCoz website design you need to use one of the previous threads i provided to you , after that you need to find it out yourself , i cannot find out for everyone what template that thy downloaded , if it is for ucoz and how to apply it (if it is not a uCoz template) well good luck with this Ariosh To busy building a passive income online ;)
