After uploading files to the website , How to put links for that file in the site menu which we created for it??

I uploaded a file to my website eg- a character of a game,
I would like to provide a link to the character so that others can download it and rate and comment on it....

MysticDragon, well if you download the character/image/ file document into an entry and provide a download and screenshot of this character with some basic information then people can rate and comment it obviously

MysticDragon, you can do that by using the file catalog in your uCoz Control panel

Cp ---> vertical menu ---> inactive ---> File catalog --> install the module , with that you automaticly have a download link when adding an entry ( if you add the download link ofcourse)
