Is it possible to change an user's Rank? Is it possible to change mine rank to the highest?(I'm the creator of my site: hugesoft.ucoz.com)

Yes its possible.

1. Login as administrator.

2. Go to your profile

3. Click the star like this picture:

4. And change it:

yes it is possible go to your profile (not in cp) if you are admin you will see this icon

in profile,click on it and change your rank
