charme, if you mean your website. It is already live as soon as you create it on the uNet System (WebTop).

i don't know how to publish the site now when i go to it i is under cunstruction or page is not found so how and ehere should i chnage it thanks

charme, go to CP->Settings->Common settings->The website is temporarily down->remove the tag in the checkbox->save
