When you are on the Ucoz forums you can see the site emblem to the left of the site's name on the tab. I was wondering how to customize this?

yes there's a button on the top that you can enable click the left thingy and put the thingy there , like no info tongue

Snug, your question is not specific. So my answer will be the same. In most of the design the LOGO can be changed in CP->Design->Design management->Top part of the website.
Provide a website name as well as the design number to get a more detailed answer.

I think I can use this and explain his question.

So. I want to use 2 designs, and then combine them.

First, I want the template of Design #982
Then I want to use the header of Design #953

How can I customise it, as the header is just 1 code, AKA $GLOBAL_AHEADER$

and the header is not 1 code it is a global block to prevent huge space to be wasted
to edit your header go here:
CP > design >Customize design > Top part of the website
