Having a problem goin in to control panel

i have a little problem
i log in and go to my websites... but when i click the control panel it takes me to a page that says -Problem loading page The connection has timed out The server at cvt.ucoz.com is taking to long to respond- its more than a week like that.. i went to the site to see if that would work but it says the same thing... it all started after i deleted one of my sites... about 2 min after deleting it i made cvt.ucoz.com but i never was able to go to control panel so... what do i do? happy its a pain in the *** but i think u will make it all better so im not depresed over it

ok i did it but nothing happen....

Go to Start(In your computer)>Run>type cmd/tracert your_website_url>Press Enter

e.g. Start>Run>tracert http://www.yoursite.com >Enter

X-ConVicT641, try to log in to CP via http://cvt.ucoz.com/admin and not from the webtop. Enter the Webtop administrative password as CP password.
