DEEPKG, if you have create a new Site menu with the help of Site menu builder, all you need is to use "Add menu item" feature to add items to it. (CP->Main » Site menu builder) See more about site menu builder here http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/8-5638-1#26197
But before it, you will have to create pages with the help of Page Editor. We suggest you don't tag "Add link to the page into the main site menu" checkbox, so the the page will not be displayed in the default menu.
If this is not what you are interested in, please be more specific.

DEEPKG, if you mean the submenus, they are created with the help of site menu builder by dragging menu items from one position to the other. It is explained here http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/8-5638-1#26197
But submenus created with site menu builder will not look the way they are on the website http://www.thegtaplace.com/ To create such submenus you need to use scripts. Unfortunately, we do not provide help with custom coding.
If there is anything else you are interested in, be more specific.

DEEPKG, I suggest you start creating a website and start following our advices first and then ask questions, if something is difficult to understand in the process and not in theory.
