HgS, If you mean "Site Name" you can do that when using the builder feature if you want to change something in you design then you need to provide the following things:
- Design number --> CP ---> settings ---> common settings ---> design and you will find the number
- Website url and specific data about the things you want to change

HgS, go to CP ---> Design ---> Design customization ---> Top part of the website ---> Find: Code <td width="560" style="background:url('/.s/t/451/8.jpg');" valign="top" align="right"> Change this to your image:

Kness, That will not work , you still have repeated images then HgS, do this:
go to CP ---> Design ---> Design management (templates) --->Top part of the website
Find:
Code <td style="background: url("http://img580.imageshack.us/img580/8771/4001px10.png")repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;" align="right" valign="top" width="850">
Replace by:
Code <td style="background: url('http://img580.imageshack.us/img580/8771/4001px10.png')no-repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;" align="right" valign="top" width="850">
