Ok so I added a page for blog rules and filled it out but how do I make it hidden and then make a button on the main page of the blog that says Blog Rules and when you click it then it takes you to the blog rules page

Caleb6235, you can hide your page from the site menu , with these instructions on this page

and making a button that is linked to the page is up to you , its easy some basic HTML
