If you are talking about a custom menu with allot of CSS codes and scripts , we don't provide help with custom coding , gaining CSS and HTML knowledge is up to you

manav1997, the site menu can be used to make link , if you go to http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/8-5638-1 , there thy will show you how to create a menu , and you an use the menu code and paste it into your forum , and yes the menu can be made horiziontal
