Mac compatibility?

I have a friend with a mac trying to access my website http://indexforums.ucoz.com/ and it says failed to open page. He tried using Firefox and internet explorer, other website work fine with him. Is this a problem associated with his computer, or something else?

Yeah I was looking at but I was just wondering if the problem lies in his computer, or for some reason people on macs can't access uCoz websites?

IndexForums, I use a Mac. You cannot get Internet Explorer on a Mac unless it has been heavily modified and/or you are using a windows platform within the a Mac, but that gets complicated. It will not be anything to do with his computer, this may be his browser preferences (settings) and/or internet connection.

I can access all uCoz websites perfectly.

What happens when your friend tries to access a uCoz site? Does an error page appear? Also if so, if there is an error code that appears - tell me the number.

IndexForums, the computer can not be a problem. I had accessed your website without any difficulties, so do you (as far as I understand). If you friend still has some problems, we recommend to do the tracing of the website and sent us the results. (See the instructions here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/30-2310-1 )
