Customize design Error

When i go to Main » Customize design » Editing templates and when i edit anything and save it. Webpage shows this message

Request Error (invalid_request)
Your request could not be processed. Request could not be handled
This could be caused by a misconfiguration, or possibly a malformed request.
For assistance, contact your network support team.

and even the Top Bar In Control Panel which shows

General Settings Design Tools Security Help Paid services Interface Language Log out

I am Not able to view it. When I make any change or save anything webpage shows the above message ..

whereas when i log in to other website control panel it works perfect.

It's * Sahilcricket.do.am * and when i go to Main--->Customize Design--> Global blocks--> The Second Container

and make any changes in Any Container and save it, then webpage shows this message

I am Not taking about the website, i am saying about the control panel of the website when i go..

Even I am Not Able to Login through the website
