The best way i think is to hide your site menu from pages with usage of conditional operators , but if you can specify your problem a bit more then i can help

DEEPKG, honestly i don't see any problem , the site menu works correctly on that page i can click all the links , if there's something wrong with your menu then you should try to get rid of third party scripts

Try removing this from your pages:

because on all pages where this appears your sub menu's doesn't work

DEEPKG, we cannot guess which one of all your third party scripts is blocking it , remove your third party scripts and search what one is blocking your sub menu's in site menu

DEEPKG let me re-write my answer , just remove your third party scripts and after removing them check if your website sub menu's work after you removed them , you have allot of third party scripts so i suggest you to check them one by one.

DEEPKG, I would also suggest to check Site menu builder. Delete the menu items that cause problems and create them once again with submenus, but this time be attentive and follow the instructions here http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/8-5638-1#26197
