So I wanted to delete my account but I can't cause I forgot the secret password and well I told tech support all they needed to know but they keep saying

The only thing on the account is, is one random site I created just to get to the "help" tab. Thats it! I didn't fill out anything on the account unless it was required. like whats my height and all those questions? I didn't do that. Why does this have to be sooooo hard to delete a account!?!??! |
whitexombie, first of all, there is thread about secret question/answer here already: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/31-7018-1#34464 There is no need to create similar threads. It is against forum rules. It is not desirable to discuses Technical Support actions here as well. If you need to discuss something with them you should do it. Forum moderators and helpers are not entitled to help with such issues.
Your were informed by the technical support that they need to to identify your personality and to make sure that you are the person who registered the account. That is why identification documents are required. And the last one. Your website will be removed for inactivity sooner or later. And we do not recommend you to delete your uNet account. P.S. Continue this discussion with Technical Support and NOT here!! |
