Adding An Application Form? (I want to know how to be able to add an application.)

Hello,

I really want to know how to add an application form into one of my pages. I own a Rs-Ps (RuneScape Private Server) and I want to make a website for it. So I want to add an application form so they can ask any questions under my "Contact Us" page. I also want an application form so they can apply for a staff spot on the server.

Please Help!

I suggest you use the form itself for users to ask their questions. You might as well enable capability to attach files to a letter. But it is a paid service. Please continue in the provided abive thread.
