hi i want to change my site of site.ucoz.com to site.com so a i suppose tha i have to pay for a year,
1- If i paid today how soon i will have the new adress (site.com) and the others benefits? (site.com) 2- The old adress still working? so the people can enter with site.ucoz.com and site.com? 3- What is message bonus to support? 4- I want to change some personal information of my account like date birth and location but i cant , how can i do this? |
InmortalSiegfried, to attatch a domain you to your website you do not have to pay for a year's worth of services. There are other companies on the internet which supply domains and uCoz fully supports the attatchment of these domains to sites whether or not you have payed for a years worth of services or not.
If you do however still wish to pay for a years worth of a package the domain will be available as soon as you fill out the information supplied to you upon the purchasing of the package and it has been processed by uCoz. All uCoz sites are still accessible by their previous addresses although the domain can be redirected automatically to the new one so that your users will still see your .com domain even if they type in the .ucoz.com domain. Under "Help" in the Control Panel the option of sending a message to Technical Support is available if you ever experience problems with your site. There is a limit placed on the number of requests a month you can send to them and this number is increased by however many the package states. Your personal information can be changed when you log into uNet. Please do note though that your date of birth can only be achanged once until it is locked and unable to be edited. thanks paradox and how can i do this? the attatchment of the domain? , i tried in configurations transfer domain opcion 2 and it say that i have to wait 5 minutos , 5 minutos passed and it repat the count down and another time and another , and now it says that dns is incorrectly instaled , instal DNS: ns1.ucoz.net, ns2.ucoz.net and something that after i buy a domain i have to wait 12 hours, what can i do?
