Okay i dont make a web first time but , i am having problems with creating a web i made a new account and still i cant make a new web it says makeing a new web is temporaly disabled please help me

Phaft, could you please provide a screenshot of the exact error message you see?

I am having the same problem at my end.

A Small icon pops up from the bottom right saying "The creation of websites is temporarily disabled" that is all it says, nothing more and nothing less. What could it be?

the error appears on the bottom right.
