UiD is down? |
I already have a website with ucoz and I want to create another one, but from the main page it won't let me log into UiD. It just tells me it's down (won't load the page). What can I do to create a new website? I don't want two accounts with ucoz, I want everything in a central location.

Setari, please don't bump threads, it really is unnecessary.
As to uNet being down as far as I am aware there have been no server problems that have registered. When you mean uNet would not load, where exactly are you specifying the load problems? If possible could you please provide a tracert to uNet so that we may identify the problems you are experiencing more accurately. Jack of all trades in development, design, strategy.

Quote (Paradox) where exactly are you specifying the load problems? This information would help greatly. Quote (Setari) I don't know what a tracert is. This thread will help: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/30-2310-1 Jack of all trades in development, design, strategy.

Oh right the load problem. Well if I'm on http://www.ucoz.com and try to log in via UiD there, it comes up with the page saying this:
This webpage is not available The connection to www.unet.com was interrupted. Here are some suggestions: Reload this webpage later. Check your Internet connection. Restart any router, modem, or other network devices you may be using. Add Google Chrome as a permitted program in your firewall's or antivirus software's settings. If it is already a permitted program, try deleting it from the list of permitted programs and adding it again. If you use a proxy server, check your proxy settings or contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working. If you don't believe you should be using a proxy server, adjust your proxy settings: Go to the wrench menu > Settings > Show advanced settings... > Change proxy settings... > LAN Settings and deselect the "Use a proxy server for your LAN" checkbox. Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): The connection was reset. Or if I try to do it from my website it also shows a popup with the same thing. Also, here is the tracert. Microsoft Windows [Version 6.1.7600] Copyright © 2009 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved. C:\Users\Setari>tracert www.unet.com Tracing route to www.unet.com [195.216.243.150] over a maximum of 30 hops: 1 General failure. Trace complete. Setari, from what the tracert shows and the information we can find the problem you are encountering originates from your provider or your current computer settings. We advise you confirm the problem as a localized error by trying to access uNet on a friend/acquaintances computer before either contacting your provider regarding the problem or alternatively looking into the problem online and how you can adjust your computer's settings to give you back your access to the uNet server.
There is unfortunately nothing further than can be done from our end regarding this matter. Good luck. Jack of all trades in development, design, strategy.
