Hello

1- how can I change my site name to www.renamall.com instead of www.renamall.ucoz.com??

2- after i finish building my site can i host my site with any other paied comapny ????

1. Buy and attach a domain - http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/37-435-1

2. You can't. uCoz is a hosted CMS, it can't be transferred to another hosting.

but i still need to know how can i get the site name (rena.com) instead of (rena.coz.com)

rena, you need to buy this domain, e.g. at domains.ucoz.com, and then attach it to your uCoz website (the link to the tutorial is in my previous post).
