Changing site url

i went into common settings earlier, it showed my website earl and main page title, and it showed that they were changeable, i changed the title, it changed on site, i changed url, and went to new link, nothing, so i changed url back, pls help me, how do i change site url?

You cannot change the URL of your website.

It doesn't.
It changes the URL for "$HOME_PAGE_LINK$" code (which is pretty obvious, because it says that in the common settings), not the URL of your website.

The only way to change a website url is either to create a new website or to attach a domain ( http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/37-435-1 ).
