kelvingari, me too i have a problem also in that matter.. It appears when a certain user changed or deleted his/her profile picture. Infact, I have three faces with the same account when I started to test the comment section. I Hope that it will be fixed soon. But I suggest that you use disquss comment feature at the meantime while they fixed the bugs. I'm patiently waiting for it to be fixed but as of now I use some alternatives.

Is there a reason why sites that use local users don't have the option to comment via twitter login?

bodbreed, Twitter isn't very respectful towards the customers who use their apps, and it often blocks domains. It's also not as popular as Facebook or Google. That's why it wasn't included into the social commenting feature. Though later we did include it into the social login feature, it is still unavailable for some of the system domains.

Hi! For me its not working the social comments! i login with any facebook or google+ and after when i try to post a comment its show me access denied. why? here is my website: http://ellinikatragoudia.gr Thanks!

eDy9419, Ed05, what are the user group permissions for comments on your websites? Are Guests allowed to post comments?

Ed05, allowing guests to comment should resolve the issue. With social comments guests can't comment anyway.
P.S. Delete my test comment from the provided page
