Unable To Access Sites |
STaTiCShoX, I'll forward this to our technical division. They'll resolve these issues ASAP.
mribbiza, this is generally a temporary server error. I haven't encountered it while viewing your site. I'll have our technical division check over it however. Jack of all trades in development, design, strategy.

XO-Ferg, it looks like your provider is blocking access. To take the necessary measures we need at least two results, therefore could you ask someone who uses the same ISP to run a traceroute as well?
Upd: Okay, it was probably a temporary problem at your ISP's end. I'm not active on the forum anymore. Please contact other forum staff.

mribbiza, your site works fine from my end and it could be a temporary problem. If the problem persists , please attach a tracert result , so that a further analysis can be done.

mribbiza, a number of servers, including the one where your website is hosted, were temporarily inaccessible from some network segments: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/3-14706-1 At the moment your website must be accessible to you.

Hello,
According to users who use Comcast for my website (the-confederation.net), they are still reporting it is unreachable. Sunny, I have been paying for uCoz services going on almost a year now. This is has been a constant struggle. I have requested that my website be moved to a different Server (VIA Technical Support) other than s26 so that when Comcast decides to block IP's it won't effect the users that use my website. Technical support has been completely unhelpful and insists that my website works normally for Comcast users even though I provide Tracert results! I am hoping you can be of more assistance. I would like to keep paying for uCoz services. |
Comcast is still blocking my website unfortunately. (the-confederation.net)

Quote STaTiCShoX, I'll forward this to our team and we'll do our best to resolve these issues. Paradox, who may I speak to in order to have my site switched to a different server where this won't be an issue? I don't believe there would be any technical limitations that would prevent this. I have been a Premium subscriber for some time now, don't see why I've not earned my keep |
