PKGamerX, that's the logical conclusion. Being honest pretty much everyone's websites are unavailable at the moment. Most of the main servers are down. I'm just not too sure.

KhanhDoan, okay. We are currently experiencing mass outages due to a DDoS attacks. Most websites currently can't be accessed. We are working to fix this problem as soon as possible.
